XOS Operator Station
The Worlds Premium Operator Station For Well Intervention Operations
XOS Operator Stations bring a completely new level of control and monitoring capabilities.
With an intuitive graphical user interface, based on touch screens and advanced control system technology, the XOS simplify operations, display critical information in innovative formats.
XOS is purpose build for Wireline and Coiled Tubing intervention equipment. It is also used for fluid pumpers, fluid systems, well control equipment and integration with downhole tools.
XOS rig site Operator Stations can be configured to partner with XOS Remote enabling control of the intervention equipment to shift between rig site and onshore whenever found feasible.
XOS Operator Stations are seamlessy integrated with the FIXX.
XOS Remote System
Remote control and monitoring of Wireline & Coiled Tubing systems
With XOS Remote, intervention operations can be executed from any remote location.
XOS Remote supports the ability to operate well intervention equipment remotely:
Connects rig site XOS using secure transmission protocols and encryption, ensuring safe transfer of commands between XOS Remote and rig site.
Transmits rig site HD video and audio from the intervention unit, providing the operator a feeling of “being there”. Winch data, 3D wellbore images, job instructions is combined into an informative display in front of the operator.
Designed for remote operations of wireline and coiled tubing in manual, semi-automatic, automatic and autonomous modes.

XOS DTS Wireline Monitor
An easy way to upgrade conventional wireline units to new standards
The system is easily set up, with several functions helping the wireline operator through critical operations. Includes automatic winch shutdown on user defined actions to avoid cable break on overpull.
XOS DTS is a depth, speed and tension monitoring system for wireline operations. It replaces and extends the functions of traditional mechanical indicators / meters.

ASX is an industrial control system for intervention equipment such as wireline and coiled tubing systems.
As part of our Intelligent Conveyance™ , ASX covers all functions required in control, automation and integration for wireline and coiled tubing equipment. ASX carries out commands from XOS operator stations, checks status from sensors, algorithms and interlocks, and sends commands to variable frequency drives or hydraulic valves for execution.
ASX can be extended and integrated in multiple directions, such fluid pumpers, fluid systems, well control equipment, as well as downhole tools that control surface equipment based on downhole conditions.
